Saved at age six through the influence of his parents,
Morris Gleiser felt God’s call to ministry at age eighteen and became
burdened for teens a year later.
After graduating from Bob Jones University, he served as youth and associate
pastor for fourteen years at Providence Baptist Church in Riverview,
Florida. In May 1989 he became director and evangelist of West Branch, a
ministry of Bill Rice Ranch in Flagstaff, Arizona.
In 1994 he felt the Lord’s urging to return to return to local church
ministry and became the youth pastor of Tri-City Baptist Church in Kansas
City, Missouri. He entered
full-time evangelism in 2000 and is serving as the staff evangelist of Burge
Terrace Baptist Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. He and his wife Lynn have
two sons who are also in ministry.

school. Since that time, God has guided him to be involved specifically in
the ministry of evangelism. To prepare for the ministry, he earned a B.A. in
Bible from Bob Jones University an M. Div. degree at Heart of America
Theological Seminary, and is presently working on a D. Min. at Northland
Baptist Bible College. He gained much valuable ministry experience in his

youth rallies, revivals, evangelistic meetings and camps, as well as on the
foreign mission field

daughter and a son. The Jaspers served on the Ironwood team the summers of
2006–2009 and came on full-time resident staff the fall of 2009.

assisted with the youth group and taught in the Christian school of Faith
Baptist Church in Longmont, Colorado. Since August 2006, he has been the

California.
Nathan Mestler

in 2003–2006 and 2008–2009 to speak for our junior camps. He spends time
getting to know campers outside service times and enthusiastically teaches
them life-changing principles from God’s Word during services and throughout
the day. We are looking forward to having him help junior highers know,
love, and use God’s Word.
Jeff Redlin

Pastor Jeff
Redlin received his bachelor’s degree from Pensacola Christian College and
then traveled for the college as a representative for two and a half years.

and his wife Julie moved to Front Range Baptist Church in Ft. Collins,
Colorado, where he is the senior pastor. His love for people and his
enthusiasm to share God’s Word combine to make a powerful message.
Kristopher Schaal

Kristopher attended Ironwood as a camper, served in our Leadership Institute
for a summer, and counseled at Broken I Ranch. He gives 100% in everything
that he does and has the ability to zero in on the needs of campers and
challenge them to take the next step of growth in their spiritual lives. Mr.
Kristopher grew up in a church planter’s home (his dad, Dr. Kevin Schaal,
started Northwest Valley Baptist Church in Glendale, Arizona) and is
planning to attend seminary after graduating from Bob Jones University.

outreach.
