David Brock

David
Brock, who grew up at Ironwood, accepted God’s gift of salvation in 1980,
and in 1992 surrendered to do whatever the Lord wanted him to do. He earned
a bachelor’s degree in Bible from Bob Jones University. He then went on to
earn a master of divinity from Calvary
Baptist Theological Seminary in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Following seminary, he
joined the staff at Tri-City Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona, where David
works with the college-career group and is the president of International
Baptist College.

Sam Brock
▪ Junior High 5
Sam Brock, director of Ironwood,
graduated in 1990 from Bob Jones University with a degree in Marketing
Management. He then earned his master's degree in English Bible from
Maranatha Baptist Bible College. While at Maranatha, Sam served as student
activities director. He and his wife Cindy have been serving the Lord at
Ironwood since 1991 and are active in their local church. They have four
children—Hannah, Sierra, Cheyenne, and Bodie. Sam's interests include computers, woodworking,
hunting, dune buggies, magic, and puppets. His life verses are 2 Timothy
1:7, "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind," and
Philippians 1:20-21, "According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that
in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now
also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by
death. For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain."

Will Galkin
▪ Teen 5
Evangelist Will Galkin has traveled in evangelism since 1995. He and his
wife Christy traveled with the Steve Pettit Evangelistic Team for six years
and have continued on in evangelism with their own family. Over the past
eleven years, the Galkins have participated in over 275 evangelistic
campaigns. During the summer months, they have ministered at Northland Camp
and Conference Center where Will serves as staff evangelist and Christy is
involved with various music responsibilities. Will has earned his M.A. and
his wife Christy earned her B.A. in violin performance. The Galkins
currently base their ministry out of their sending church, Red Rocks Baptist
Church in Morrison, Colorado. They have four children.

Torrey Jaspers
▪ Horsemanship 4

Torrey, director of the Ironwood Institute of Ministry
and Ministry Bound programs, traveled as evangelist for several years and served at Ironwood the summers of 2006 through 2009 speaking at junior, junior high, and horsemanship camps.
He and his family joined the Ironwood Team in August 2009. He also serves as the pastor of Faith Baptist Church of Cherokee Road.

Joe Kopp
▪ Junior High 3 & 4
Joe
grew up in Indianapolis, IN, and at a young age made a commitment to Christ.
In 1995 his family moved to Greenville, SC, and as a teenager he got
involved with the youth group at Calvary Baptist Church in Simpsonville, SC,
under Pastor Tom Craig. As a senior in high school he began to change from
being a fun-loving guy with little spiritual leadership to taking life more
seriously, and God began working in him. As he started to “delight myself in
the Lord,” God began to change the desires of his heart. He graduated from
BJU with a degree in Youth Ministries in 2007. During his college years, he
worked with the children in Patch the Pirate Club at Calvary Baptist Church
and interned at the Oak Ridge Baptist Church in TN. From 2003-2011 he worked
with the junior campers at Northland Camp’s Pioneer Village, serving as a
projects guy, counselor, team leader, and program staff. At Northland, he
got to know Jeremy Frazor and grew to appreciate his love for the Lord and
commitment to the ministry. Joe and his wife Kaytlynn travel with the Frazor
Evangelistic Team.

Matt Ledgerwood
▪ Junior High 1 & 2
Matt
grew up in a family of ten in Watertown, WI. He graduated from Maranatha
Baptist Bible College and has been heavily involved in youth ministries for
nine years—two years at Ironwood, and seven in local churches. He is
passionate about helping people to walk with God and think biblically. Matt
owns a small home restoration and remodeling business to justify his
obsession with tools. He currently lives in
Centerville, IN, with his wife, Michelle.

Naion Lundy
▪ Horsemanship 1

Naion Lundy’s first introduction to Ironwood was a
counselor while he was a student at Bob Jones University. After serving on
our Rivertown Program Team for several years, he became the assistant pastor
at Barstow Baptist Temple, where he is now the pastor. Pastor Naion is very
gifted musically and is passionate about helping young people grow in their
walk with the Lord.

Jeff Redlin
▪ Teen 3
Pastor Jeff Redlin received his bachelor’s degree from Pensacola Christian
College and then traveled for the college as a representative for two and a
half years. For the next 15 years, he served on the pastoral staff at the
Campus Church and taught Bible at the high school and college levels. In
2003 he and his wife Julie moved to Front Range Baptist Church in Ft.
Collins, Colorado, where he is the senior pastor. His love
for people and his enthusiasm to share God’s Word combine to make a powerful
message.

Mike Shrock
▪ Teen 4
Originally
from Seattle, Mike Shrock graduated from Bob Jones University in 1979 with a
bachelor’s degree in music education and went on to receive a master’s
degree in trumpet performance from Boston University. While working on his
master’s degree, the Lord called Mike to preach. Upon graduation he accepted
a youth and music pastorate at a church near Springfield, Massachusetts, and
then at Calvary Baptist Church in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. He later
served as singles pastor at Bethel Baptist Church in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Mike was the BJU representative for the New England states and New York for
nine years. He received the master of ministry degree from Northland Baptist
Bible College shortly after beginning his work with BJU. Currently Mike is
the staff evangelist for Bob Jones University and speaks frequently for
churches, camps, conferences, church and school retreats, and Christian
school chapels all over the United States and Canada. He is a talented
trumpet player and uses his skill frequently in his ministry. He and his
wife Lori, who serves on the nursing faculty of BJU, have one son.

Kristopher Schaal

Horsemanship 3
Mr. Kristopher will be joining us for his
second summer as our speaker. He gives 100%
in everything that he does and has the ability to zero
in on the needs of campers and challenge them to take the next step of growth in their spiritual lives. He
grew up in Glendale, Arizona, and came
to Ironwood as a camper. After graduating from Bob Jones University, Mr. Kristopher and his wife Elise returned to Glendale to help with the church and school ministries of Northwest Valley Baptist Church.

Todd Sivnksty
▪ Teen 2
Todd
and his family have traveled in full-time evangelism since May 2000. He grew
up in the home of an evangelist and since graduating from Bob Jones
University with a BA in Bible and MA in Pastoral Studies has been involved
in many ministries—camp
ministries (West Branch and Wilds of the Rockies), church planting (Fox
River Baptist Church in Yorkville, IL), and church youth ministries
(Emmanuel Baptist Church in Mechanicsburg, PA). He also served for several
years at Faith Baptist Church in Longmont, CO, before entering evangelism.
He and his wife Krista, who has recorded two sacred piano CDs, have two
children.

Rob Watkins
▪ Teen 1
Ventriloquism and
gospel illusions are the cornerstone of Pastor Watkins’
ministry to young people. Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Yucca Valley,
he has also served as a children’s ministry director and interim pastor.
President of Pacific Baptist Bible College in Pomona,
California,
he
speaks frequently at children’s rallies, youth rallies, Christian schools,
children’s church, and Sunday school campaigns.
