The Institute of Ministry is a ministry of Ironwood using the unique aspects of the camping ministry to disciple young adults for an extended time through practical classes, hands-on ministry experience, and exposure to dedicated mentors. The purpose is to enable young adults to live consistent Christian lives and minister in their homes and churches—all to the glory of God.

All of the crew members are actively involved in camp here at Ironwood. At any given time you will see them cooking, serving, doing dishes, running program activities, and a ton of other jobs here at camp. In addition to all of the service they do at camp, they have class most Tuesday evenings.
