It’s official! The Rivertown Restoration is under way. Of the $40,000 needed to start the project, we had $35,875 come in by the first week of November—only $4,125 to go! The remainder arrived by January 3. Praise the Lord for answered prayer! One of several details that we needed to get figured out is our plans with the electrical company. We want to upgrade the electrical service, and this has been the biggest hold up so far. We decided to move the electrical upgrade to Phase 2, which means we can start now and will do the upgrade at the end of the build instead of the beginning. This saves a bit of money on the front end.

A mission team from Faith Baptist of Taylors, SC, worked hard from January 3–8.
Due to the snow storm that hit the Southeast, they ended up helping January 10–12 as well!

Everything out, grading underway, and ready to start placing modulars.
